Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless faulty.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting details.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is approved and received. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
