Exchanges for Store Credit.

We offer our customers exchanges in the form of store credit. 

  • Fill out our exchange form and print the provided shipping label to send back your exchanges.
  • An item is acceptable for exchange for store credit in the condition you received it in, this means,
    • New, Unworn, Unwashed, no stains, rips, tears, damage or odor.
    • Items need to have tags and hygiene liners still attached.
    • Swimsuit pads must not be removed.
    • The item needs to be neatly folded in the sealed pouch or sealed bag it was received in.
  • If we receive your item in unacceptable condition, you will be notified by email. You will then need to purchase a shipping label for the item to be returned to you.
  • Final sale items are not eligible for exchange or return.
  • Store credit will be issued within 10 business days of receiving and accepting your item
  • Store credit will be issued for the amount you purchased the item for, after any discount.
  • We cannot reimburse original shipping cost.
  • When you place your new order with store credit, we are not able to match previous discounts or reimburse new shipping costs.

We are not able to make any exceptions to this policy.
