Return Policy

Note: We are only able to offer returns for those inside the USA, due to the cost of shipping.


We are wild about our products, and hope that you are too! If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, you will need to return the items(s) you want to exchange via the Return Portal. Don't worry, we cover the cost of shipping for you! The items(s) must be in original condition with all packaging intact.

Please note that returns are processed in the form of a store credit/gift card. This will never expire and can be stored in your Apple Wallet, if you have an Apple device.

Please allow up to 3 days once your return has arrived at our warehouse for us to process it. You will receive an email with your gift card once it has been processed. 


We’ve made returning your items as easy as possible via our automated return portal.


If you would like to exchange or return a product purchased directly from AURELLE (from our website, phone, or fax) please follow the instructions below (within 30 days of the date of shipment): 

1. Access the Return Portal from the AURELLE menu.

2. We will provide you with a shipping label. Use the provided shipping label and place it with your outgoing mail (via USPS). Once your return has arrived at the AURELLE warehouse, your store credit will be processed. After you have shipped the return, you will receive a store credit for the full value of your return minus the cost of return shipping. 

We will issue store credit within 72 hours your item has arrived with us.
