Returns and Refunds
Due to high demand, we are on significant delay to process ANY returns. If you have already sent a return back, and you SENT YOUR ENTIRE ORDER in the return, please email 'admin@aurelle.io' with the title:

NEW SYSTEM
On May 10th, 2023. We will launch a new automated system set up to accommodate your exchanges & returns.
NOTE: If you used a promotion, such as B2G2, and you send back anything less than the entire order, your return will be thrown away & no further contact will be made. This is abusing the system we have in place & creates problems for both parties.
With our new system, exchanges for 1-2 items will be instant, and you will be allowed to keep the current items you have, if you are a customer in good standing. (any abuse of this system will result in a lifetime ban, our goal is to make it simple & we require you to be honest for it to work for everyone)
