Aurelle Shipping Policy
At Aurelle, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience. We offer a variety of shipping options to make sure you get your package in the timeframe you need it.
The standard order processing time for all orders is under 24 hours. We use premium shipping options to make sure your package arrives within 2-7 days. If your package does not arrive in under a week, we will provide a gift card as compensation. Please contact us to claim this gift card.
Orders over $198 will receive a free gift, valued from $44 - $88 with their order.
Returns and Refunds
Due to high demand, we are on significant delay to process ANY returns. If you have already sent a return back, and you SENT YOUR ENTIRE ORDER in the return, please email 'email@example.com' with the title:
"#order-number | Return/Exchange Update Request"
[do not send multiple emails, this will result in our team putting your request in the back of the queue, this process may take up to 14 days]
On Aug 10th, 2023. We will launch a new automated system set up to accommodate your exchanges & returns.
NOTE: If you used a promotion, such as B2G2, and you send back anything less than the entire order, your return will be thrown away & no further contact will be made. This is abusing the system we have in place & creates problems for both parties.
With our new system, exchanges for 1-2 items will be instant, and you will be allowed to keep the current items you have, if you are a customer in good standing. (any abuse of this system will result in a lifetime ban, our goal is to make it simple & we require you to be honest for it to work for everyone)
