This swimsuit was advertised as “medium” coverage on the bottoms. I am being kind when I say it’s barely Brazilian coverage. I’ve tried for a week to contact customer service, through IG and through their site, and by responding to emails from the company itself. There is NO customer service. And their statement below the swimsuit, “love it or we will make it right” would imply that you can return an item for a refund, but drill down and it is for store credit or exchange only. That’s not “making it right” when the item description is grossly misrepresented. I’ll never buy from Aurelle again.
