We recommend reading out customers' product reviews listed at the bottom of each product page. We also include specified sizing charts for each bikini style in the product descriptions. Based on our customers feedback, the majority of our products tend to run slightly small. We also suggest reading the product description to find images like the one below, detailing the fit of each swimsuit on each product page. 

If you usually wear XS/S in swimsuits, our size S will fit great.

If you usually wear S/M in swimsuits, our size M will fit great.

If you usually wear M/L in swimsuits, our size L will fit great.

If you usually wear L/XL in swimsuits, our size XL will fit great.

Due to global health events beyond our control, USPS is currently experiencing shipping delays from COVID-19 as well as being in the holiday season. Your package may be held by the carrier for delivery at a later date while they work as efficient as possible while keeping safety top of mind. Please be sure to monitor your tracking details once your order has been shipped by our team, and reach out to the carrier for more details if your order is delayed. Unfortunately, shipping delays are out of our control. We greatly appreciate your patience!

Our warehouse processes all orders within 1-3 business days after your order is placed. 

After you order is processed and ready to ship, you will receive an email notification confirming shipment with your tracking.

USPS is our primary carrier for customers in the USA, depending on where you live, packages are delivered within 2-7 business days from the date of shipment.

For customers in the USA, if your order does not arrive in the time frame given to you with your order confirmation, we will refund any shipping costs.

We cannot guarantee any shipping times internationally due to customs complications.

If your order has been processing for more than 10 business days, please contact us at and we'll make it up to you.

  • Orders that are eligible for Free Shipping will be shipped via SmartPost (USPS)*, with an estimated delivery time of 2-8 days from ship date. Your order very well may come sooner though!
  • If an order is eligible for Free Shipping, the customer must select the "Free Shipping" option during checkout to receive Free Shipping via SmartPost (USPS)*.
  • If you can't wait to receive your new item(s), please choose one of our other shipping options for more timely delivery. Applicable charges for your shipping choice will apply.
  • SmartPost shipping is available on orders under $75. Express shipping orders will be prioritized before all other orders and use faster shipping methods to get it to you ASAP.

Shipping rates are calculated automatically based on location at checkout. Options range from standard to 1-day shipping!

We aim to always get your order to you as fast as possible. Depending on your country, you will be presented shipping options at checkout. We will always keep the cost of these low to you, so you can wear AURELLE anywhere in the world!

Per many international governments it is a requirement that their citizens pay customs fees on international orders. This is true for our items as we are based in the United States. Please take this into consideration when purchasing internationally as it is not something customers are not able to avoid paying.

We are sorry that your order status is taking longer than expected to update. The same information you are provided with your tracking number is the same information we can see on our end and we can confirm that it has been delivered to USPS from our warehouse. At this point they simply just haven't updated the tracking information, and USPS typically doesn't take longer than 24-48 hours from the first point of contact to update the tracking, so please continue to check on your tracking number over the next 1-2 days as USPS scans the orders and I'm sure your order status will be available :)

Returns: We are wild about our products and hope you are too! If you are not completely satisfied with your item(s), we accept returns for unworn bikinis bought from in new condition, liners in place, in the full set (top and bottom) and do not show any signs of wear. Returns are eligible within 30 days of the purchase date, and are issued in the form of store credit. We offer free return shipping cost on us through our return portal! Once we receive and inspect your returned items, your credit will be issued to your email! For sanitary purposes, please try on swimwear over underwear :)

Merchandise sold as final sale may not be returned or exchanged at any time. Includes all sunglasses sales.

*If a separate top or bottom from the set is only returned, half store credit will not be issued and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs back to the customer. This also applies to our bundle sets. Bundles must be returned with both sets included in the return. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs back to the customer if the return doesn't include both sets.

Holiday Return Window: For our customers who made a holiday purchase from November 10th, 2020 to December 25th, 2020, you are eligible to make a return until January 25th, 2021! If you made a purchase before or after this window, our normal 30-day return window applies.

We accept international returns/exchanges; however, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Our return portal cannot provide return labels for customers located outside of the US. For the return, the customer must simply provide a note including the order number and the reason for the return/exchange. We will just need to be sent an email with the return's tracking number sent to in the case of a lost package. Once we receive and inspect the return, the customer will be issued their store credit with an additional $10 store credit for our international returns. Our return address is:

If you wish to exchange your swimsuit(s) for a new size, color, or style, we offer two options:

1. Free shipping option - Complete the return request on our return portal at the top of our website and ship back your bikini! Once we receive and inspect your order and as long as it meets the return guidelines, we will issue your store credit to the email you provided on your order. Once you receive your credit, you can apply it to your new order and it will take off shipping because your order will have the gift card amount applied "free". Therefore, the shipping cost on your new order will be free as long as the 2nd order is the same amount as the 1st.

2. Fast option - If you do not want to wait for your exchange credit, you can go ahead and reorder your new size, color, or style in the preferred bikini for a 2nd order. Then, you must complete the return request on our return portal at the top of our website and ship back your 1st order! You must note your 2nd order number in the return notes, so we can issue a refund back to your original form of payment for the swimsuit you were swapping out once we receive and inspect the return. Your 2nd order must be equal to or more than your 1st order in order to be given a full refund back to the original form of payment. This option will not refund your 2nd order's shipping cost. However, it will get you your new order faster than a store credit exchange!


We've made returning items as easy as possible via our automated return portal for customer located within the US. If you are not completely satisfied with your item(s), you will need to return the item(s) back via the Return Portal at the top of our website. Don't worry, we cover the return shipping cost for you! The item(s) must be in original condition with all packaging intact. Please refer to our return policy for any questions.


If you would like to exchange or return a product purchased directly from our AURELLE website, please follow the instructions below (within 30 days of the date of shipment): 

1. Access the Return Portal from the AURELLE menu.

2. We will provide you with a shipping label. Use the provided shipping label and place it with your outgoing mail (via USPS). Once your return has arrived at the AURELLE warehouse, your store credit will be processed. After you we have received your return, you will receive a store credit for the full value of your return minus the cost of return shipping. 

We will issue store credit within 72 hours your item has arrived with us. 

Please note that the original shipping costs cannot be refunded. Payment method refunds are not possible for returns. 



Please note that returns are processed in the form of a store credit/gift card. This will never expire and can be stored in your Apple Wallet, if you have an Apple device.

We allow 30 days after your order is shipped to make a return. Assuming you receive your order in 2-10 days, this is plenty of time!

The items(s) must be in original condition, in the original packaging. We reserve the right to deny any returns that show any signs of use. In this case, you will be responsible for paying return shipping back to you.

We do our best to issue your store credit as soon as you have shipped your item back to us. We will reach out to you within 3 days of receiving your return. Here is what the email will look like.

Please note that the original shipping costs cannot be refunded. 

Packages are marked return to sender due to an error with the shipping address or locations. Packages marked returned to sender are not eligible for a refund. In some special cases, we can offer store credit for this event. Please contact our support

Our Mystery Tote items are final sale simply because they are offered at such a discount. We are unable to offer any exchanges or returns on mystery tote items. 

Please email with any questions! We answer messages and emails in the order they are received and we try to respond as promptly as possible. We mostly reply within 1-5 hours of receiving a message or email.

Once orders are placed, our team immediately starts working on processing and shipping as soon as possible to ensure the fastest delivery. Due to this, we are unable to cancel orders or parts of the orders. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer our returns portal at the top of our website to complete a return request.

Our team immediately begins processing and shipping your order. If you notice an error, please contact us ASAP with your name and order # so we can try to make a correction(s) to your package before it departs. There's no guarantee we can make it, especially once it is processed and leaves our warehouse, but we'll try our best to do everything we can!

Depending on the size of your order you may receive separate packages that may be a couple days apart. We have different warehouse locations so it is not always possible to ship your order in the same package. We prioritize getting you your items as fast as possible over getting them in one package!

If you want a swimsuit that is sold out, go to the product page and enter your email into the pop-up! 

In the event that any of your items are out of stock, we will send you an email to let you know when we expect to have the items shipped out by. If the items are not expected to be restocked within 2 weeks, we will just automatically refund you for those items.

Yes, we now ship internationally! You will likely receive your shipment 5-10 business days after the order is shipped. All orders are shipped out on the same time frame as referenced above.
